How should I care for my case?
You can clean the case with a mix of mild soap or dishwashing liquid and warm water. Gently wipe it down with a soft cloth or sponge, avoiding any pressure. Rinse it well and let it dry completely before placing it back on your phone.
Avoid using strong chemicals, alcohol, disinfectant wipes, or abrasive cleaners, as these could damage the case’s print.
Will a case for another phone model fit my phone if mine isn't on the list?
Phone cases are made to fit the dimensions, button placements, camera cutouts and other specific features of a specific phone model. Since each phone model has different shapes and button placements, a case for one model won’t fit another properly.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email that contain your tracking information. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page and from your order and account page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We provide FREE SHIPPING to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries please contact us.
