Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery. You can track the status of your order via the tracking link provided in the confirmation email. Some logistics companies may take several days to show the updates.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped! A tracking number + tracking website link will be emailed to you that you can track the shipping status of your order.
The tracking website will provide you with real-time updates on the status of your shipment, including when it is picked up by the carrier, when it arrives at various shipping facilities, and when it is out for delivery. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your shipment and plan accordingly.
Shipping Issues
We wanted to explain some of the common shipping issues that can occur during the process of delivering your order. Shipping issues can arise due to a variety of factors, including wrong or incomplete address, weather conditions, port congestion, customs delays, local post issues.
- Wrong or incomplete address (most common)
If the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, it can cause delays in delivery or even result in the package being returned to us. In some cases, the package may be lost or delivered to the wrong address. To avoid these issues, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you realize that you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can hand over your order to the shipping company with the correct address. and note that if your package leaves the logistics warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address and your order will be sent to the same address.
But what can happen if an order is sent to an incomplete or wrong shipping address !?
- The local post office will contact the recipient phone number that we have already printed along with the shipping address on the package and solve the delivery issue and deliver the order to the correct location.
- The local post office cannot contact the recipient for various reasons and therefore the package will be delivered to someone else at that location or it will be returned to the local post office.
- The local post office cannot find the recipientâs shipping address or cannot contact the recipient, so the package will be returned to China.
Please note: If we find that an order has not been delivered to the customer due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address! Our only solution to our dear customer is to resend the order to the correct shipping address.
- Local Post Issues
Local post issues can occur for a variety of reasons, including staffing shortages, weather-related delays, or unforeseen circumstances or problems with the shipping address of the recipient or not finding someone in the place to deliver the package etc.
When your package is in the hands of the local post, it is subject to their processing and delivery times. While we do everything, we can ensure that your package is shipped in a timely manner and arrives at your destination as soon as possible, we have no control over local post delays or issues.
If your package is experiencing local post issues, we recommend that you first check the tracking information. This information can help provide insight into the status of your package and any potential delays or issues. In some cases, packages may be delayed or held at the local post office due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If this is the case, we recommend that you contact the local post office to provide any necessary information or corrections.
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during local post handling, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
- Customs delays
Customs delay can occur when packages are subject to inspection or additional processing by customs officials. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we have no control over customs delays or issues. Check the tracking information provided by the carrier to obtain insight into the status of your package. If your package is delayed by customs, it is often a routine procedure and will eventually clear customs and be delivered.
About order cancellation:
If you do not wish to receive your order for any reason after purchase, please let us know between 24 to 48 hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, we try to satisfy you with a unique offer instead.
