If you buy a product from our store and after receiving it you find that the purchased product does not match the photos and descriptions or cannot meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days and get a full refund.
- Send us an email through the CONTACT US page and tell us your order number and the request to return the product. Then, our team will ask for some photos of the product.
- If the product is in original condition and not damaged! Our team will provide you with a shipping address so that you can send the product to us.
- We will refund your money within 24 to 48 hours after our team receives the product.
You will have 14 days to return the product, but please make sure that you have not used the product before and that you return it to us in its original condition.
Damaged Products:
We respect our customers and our team checks all products before sending it to the customer to make sure of its quality and health and then we put it in a safe package, but sometimes and in rare circumstances! a product may be damaged during transit and under high pressure.
If after receiving the product you find that the product is broken or damaged! Please email us so we can resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Order Cancellation:
If you do not want to receive your order for any reason after purchase, please let us know between 24 to 48 hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
Q: If I mistakenly ordered the wrong model and upon receipt of the package, I just realized that it is of wrong size and does not fit my phone, can I make a return/refund/exchange request?
A: We regret to say that we do not accept returns/refund/exchange in this case as we have fulfilled your order based on your selection. If you wish to get the case for the correct phone model, you can place a separate order and we will proceed with your order after payment is made.
