This allows it to fit a range of wrist sizes – roughly 6.3 to 8.9 inches (16–22.5 cm) in circumference for both the small and large versions. You simply fasten the buckle in the hole that feels most comfortable.

The band has a sweat-resistant backing (soft faux-suede), so it can handle small splashes or perspiration. However, it is not fully waterproof. You should avoid submerging it in water (e.g. swimming or long baths). If it does get slightly wet, simply wipe it with a dry cloth and let it air-dry. In short: occasional moisture (rain/sweat) is OK, but don’t soak or immerse the band.
